Tim Arnold | Owner & General Manager

With more than 20 years of experience in security, protection, analysis, consulting, and training, Tim brings a broad range of real-world experience to Gibborim Security.

His background includes armed security, patrol supervision and critical-incident response, executive protection, and corporate security analysis involving threats ranging from civil unrest and terrorism to espionage and other emerging risks.

Those experiences reinforced an important lesson: effective security is not simply about responding to threats. It is about recognizing what is happening, making sound decisions, and responding appropriately to the situation.

That lesson is especially important in churches and ministries. A church is not simply another facility to secure. It is a place of worship, ministry, relationship, and service. Safety should strengthen that mission—not interfere with it.

Gibborim Security was founded around that understanding and a simple conviction: Safety is stewardship.

We equip churches, ministries, and organizations with practical training and consulting that helps people recognize concerns, make wise decisions, and respond appropriately—without trying to turn every volunteer into a security officer.

That philosophy is reflected throughout our training frameworks: WALLBUILDER, DISCERN, L.O.V.E., and PROTEct.

Different situations require different responses. Our goal is to equip people to know the difference.
