MINISTRY-FIRST SAFETY TRAINING
Equip Your People to Recognize Concerns, Respond Wisely, and Protect Life
Gibborim Security provides practical, faith-based training for pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, and church safety teams. Each session is built around your people, facility, and ministry environment—giving participants clear frameworks they can understand, remember, and use.
Safety training should strengthen the mission of ministry—not compete with it.
FROM AWARENESS TO APPROPRIATE RESPONSE
See Clearly. Respond Wisely.
Develop the ability to recognize concerning behavior, understand changing conditions, and make sound decisions using a continuous cycle:
Observe. Discern. Act. Reassess.
Lower Tension. Maintain Dignity.
Equip staff and volunteers to handle tension and conflict calmly while maintaining awareness, appropriate boundaries, and respect for everyone involved.
Listen. Observe. Validate. Engage.
Prepare to Protect Life.
Prepare to Protect Life.
Prepare people to respond when circumstances become threatening. PROTEct provides practical, adaptable options based on what the situation requires.
Prepare. Restrict Access. Observe & Report. Take Action. Escape.
Your support helps Gibborim Security develop, print, and share practical safety and training resources for churches and those who serve them. Payments go to Gibborim Security, LLC. They are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
